Gateway Upgrade

TCP in its commitment to customers and quality is conducting a voluntarily recall of certain Connected by TCP® 5”/6” downlight replacement for recessed cans. The affected products can pose a remote risk of electric shock in certain circumstances during installation and removal. While TCP has not received any reports of any incidents or injuries, we are recalling the potentially affected Connected Downlight items, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada. Connected Downlight Recall

Thank you for your patronage to the Connected by TCP system. We appreciate your support. 

We regret to inform you that we are making changes to our support model and will be discontinuing the following services associated with the Connected by TCP system effective June 30, 2016: 

  • Access via the internet and connectivity through cloud services 
  • Updates of the TCP Lighting App 

Importantly, the following functionality will be unaffected by these changes in services: 

  • Lighting controls through a local (Wifi) connection 
  • General Illumination with Connected by TCP bulbs
